Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Judy and Dan did an extraordinary job in selling our horse property in Emmett. The location along with a very niche horse property build and the challenging real estate market made it a "not so normal" sell. They did a great job in keeping me updated, educated and patient with the process from beginning to end.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Judy went above and beyond for us! We remodeled the home prior to sale and called upon her many times to ask her to share with us her recommendations, based on her knowledge of the market. When the remodel was complete, Judy marketed our property expertly!!! The result was that we had multiple offers and a sale in 4 days, for $10k over our list price, and we closed in 18 short days. We are beyond thrilled and could not recommend Judy more highly... thank you Judy!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Judy worked so hard for us, going above a beyond at every step until we closed on our beautiful new home. She is knowledgeable, skilled, professional, super responsive, an incredible advocate with all of the other professionals involved, in addition to being caring, kind and so enjoyable to work with. She made a really stressful time a lot easier and took so much of the burden off of our shoulders. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is the best in the business.
